Hosted in a restored manor house, this boutique hotel features a 15-metre saltwater pool and Groenberg Nature Reserve views. It offers various non-surgical rejuvenating treatments and wine tasting tours.

The resident chef specialises in game and seafood dishes. The rich breakfast includes exotic fruit salads, and home-made jams and muesli. Freshly baked treats are offered during the daily high tea.

Guests of the Grand Dédale Country House can enjoy a sunset on the Winelands, while sipping drinks on the veranda. In the tea lounge, there is a fireplace to relax in cooler evenings.

The elegantly appointed rooms of the Grand Dédale come with free Wi-Fi and iPod docking stations. They are individually designed and offer views of the Groenberg Mountains.

The estate offers several outdoor activities, including hiking and horse riding. The walks along the Kromme Rivier and a 10-km vineyard walk can be found nearby.
